Job Description	MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts relating to supply, services technical support , licensing for different BUs, • Responsible for the company regulatorry and statutory compliances. Supervising the litigations against and for the company alongwith the external law firms laws •Provide support to procurment and subcontracting teams for risk management, back to backs contracts • Review and finalization of bidding/tender documents along with business teams . -Conducting the investigation related to compliance cases which are reported. REQUIREMENTS: Basic LLB is essential with expertise in contract law and transactional work , proficiency in English Language and drafting skills. Candidates with IT and Telecom background are preferable. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Team worker, hard working, personnel initiatiive and individual contributor.
